Usually shipped within 3-7 days. Each piece is carefully packed and shipped worldwide in secure protective packaging. The buyer is responsible for any extra import duties on the shipment. 

Should there be a problem with your purchase I will do my best to rectify the issue. I will replace or refund only if the original sculpture is damaged and returned to me within 30 days of purchase.
